When I joined the team, Arbor-Nomics, one of the most trusted lawn service companies in Atlanta, had already established a strong brand identity based on the expertise of their certified lawn technicians and their friendly yard gnome mascot. I rewrote much of the website to help strengthen the brand identity and personality and for three years regularly updated the site. Beyond the website, I wrote brochures, signage and billboards and also wrote and produced a radio campaign that launched during a very wet April. Much to our surprise, despite the constant rain, which is usually a damper on business, sales quadrupled over the previous April, for which much of the credit went to the radio campaign.
